KERNCHEN® — INDEPENDENT ART & DESIGN GALLERY is an independent, personally managed, online-only art and design gallery and art dealership based in Munich. KERNCHEN® currently has no gallery premises open to the public and no regular on-site opening hours. Presentation, advice, sales and communication take place online or by individual arrangement.

The focus is on selected originals, editions, works on paper, photography and design objects. The gallery offers works by established artists as well as carefully selected contemporary artists and designers. Clear selection, transparent artwork information and personal support before and after purchase are central to our approach.

For each work offered, the available information regarding artist, technique, dimensions, edition, signature, condition, provenance and existing documentation is stated as specifically as possible. Further questions concerning a work, its origin or the available documentation can be clarified personally before purchase.

In addition to publicly offered works, KERNCHEN® also brokers selected works through discreet Private Sales. Owners may also submit artworks for review for a possible purchase, sale or brokerage arrangement.

KERNCHEN® is managed by Christian Kernchen. His many years of work in photography, visual design and art form the professional background of the gallery; today, the focus is on the independent selection, presentation and brokerage of art and design.
