No use without the required rights

KERNCHEN® is a registered trademark. The designation KERNCHEN®, the related business identifier and any logos, word/device marks and other identifiers may be used only in accordance with applicable law.

In particular, the appearance of the trademark on this website does not grant permission to use KERNCHEN® or confusingly similar signs as a trademark, company identifier, trade name, domain component, social-media identifier, product or service designation, advertising element, indication of origin or other commercial identifier. Uses that are permitted by law for descriptive or referential purposes remain unaffected.

AI-assisted visual content and mockups

KERNCHEN® uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) as a supporting tool for certain visual presentations. This includes in particular mockups, room and exhibition scenes, backgrounds, illustrative environments and other visual design elements. Such presentations may be labelled in the image itself or in the relevant context as AI-generated or AI-assisted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI-generated room or environmental scenes are not documentary photographs of actual gallery spaces, real exhibitions or specific hanging situations. For any artwork offered for sale, the specific artwork, artist, condition, edition, dimensions and product information in the respective listing are controlling.

No blanket claim of copyright protection is made for purely AI-generated elements where such protection does not exist under applicable law. This does not affect any rights in human-created or otherwise protected components, including photographs, texts, graphics, selection, arrangement, editing, layout, trademarks and logos, or rights in the artworks depicted. Combining an AI-generated environment with protected elements does not make those protected elements free to use.

Infringements and enforcement

Reports of possible infringements of copyright, image rights, trademark rights or other protected rights are reviewed. Infringements of rights owned by KERNCHEN® or rights that KERNCHEN® is entitled to enforce will, where appropriate, be pursued through legal means.

Depending on the nature and circumstances of the individual case, available remedies may include removal, injunctive relief, information and disclosure claims, damages, reimbursement of necessary enforcement costs and other statutory remedies. Whether and to what extent such claims exist depends on the legal requirements applicable to the specific case.
