Are the works originals or editions?

The respective product page describes the type of work as specifically as possible. For editions, the edition size and, where known, the copy number offered are stated. A certificate or other documentation is mentioned only where it actually exists.

How does KERNCHEN® review authenticity and provenance?

Available information on authorship, origin, edition, signature, condition and accompanying documentation is reviewed in relation to the individual work. Details can be found under Authenticity & Provenance.

How is condition described?

Known condition characteristics that are material to the purchase decision are described in the relevant offer. Screen displays may reproduce colours, brightness, surfaces and spatial effect differently for technical reasons.

Where do you ship?

The regular checkout is currently configured for Germany, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Details can be found under Shipping Countries.

How much does shipping cost?

For artworks available through the regular checkout, the flat shipping rates shown in checkout and on the Shipping Countries page apply according to destination. Large-format, framed, particularly delicate or high-value works may require individual calculation for protective packaging, value insurance and art transport. In such cases, the specific costs will be communicated before a payment-obligating order is placed.

Which payment methods are available?

Can I withdraw from a contract?
