Withdrawal Instructions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last item.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the “Withdraw from contract” link. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs—with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us—without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can normally be returned by parcel service.
For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post or a standard parcel service, you also bear the direct costs of return. The expected costs or a realistic maximum estimated amount will be expressly stated in the relevant product offer before the order is placed. The cost information stated there for the artwork concerned is decisive.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if the diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
To the extent provided by law and unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
This exclusion may apply in particular to individually commissioned, personalised artworks or artworks produced according to binding customer specifications. For existing original artworks, editions or other goods that were not individually produced for the customer, the statutory right of withdrawal generally continues to apply.
